Trainers who take on behavioral cases soon learn you cannot only focus on the dogs. People dealing with a dog that has aggression, fear, housetraining or other issues are under serious stress. They may feel desperate, angry or hopeless. In order to help the dogs, you need to help their people, too. This webinar covers compassionate ways to communicate with your human clients so you can work as a team. It includes ways to help clients better understand the need for challenging protocols, such as muzzle training or the use of behavioral medication, to help improve compliance.
